1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription plans and credit top-up packs purchased for OficinaViva, operated by Iván Quinteros.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at info@ivanquinteros.com from the email address used for the purchase.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan or through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. A refund under the 30-day guarantee is separate from cancellation and returns the amount paid for the eligible order.

4. Credits

Purchased credits do not expire. If a refund is approved for a credit pack, any remaining credits from that pack are removed when the refund is issued.
